For Tech Leads, SREs, and Engineering Managers

Less Time Reconstructing.
More Time Deciding.

Not more data — a decision. Sealens reads what changed in production and tells your team what to review, how confident to be, and what to do next. Git-first today, expanding to deployment and runtime context.

Move from uncertainty to a clear action path in minutes — whether you're about to deploy or already in an incident.

Product Walkthrough

See the Investigation Flow

A short walkthrough showing how teams move from a production signal — a release branch or an incident — to a confident action path, without switching between multiple tools.

  • Start from a release candidate or an incident timestamp
  • Get a prioritized read: risk ranking, confidence level, recommended action
  • Know what to review, who to involve, and what to do first

Real incident, real repository — shown here on Directus. → View the exact commit

Two moments where clarity matters most

Before a release

What should we review before deploying?

  • Commits ranked by risk level — IaC and migration changes flagged
  • Structural fragility surfaced for the incoming lot
  • Recommendation: go, targeted review, or heightened watch

During an incident

What probably broke and where to look?

  • Suspect commits shortlist with evidence and confidence level
  • Files to check first, risk factors explained
  • Suggested contact based on code proximity

How It Works

  1. 1

    Connect your repository

Point Sealens to your codebase with read-only access. Works with GitHub, GitLab, and Azure DevOps. Private repositories supported.

  2. 2

Run a Release Review or Incident Analysis

Provide a release branch or an incident timestamp — Sealens produces a ranked, evidence-backed read.

  3. 3

    Investigate with Context

Review diffs, file-level expertise, and hotspots in one place.

Your tools detect the symptom.
Sealens tells you where it came from.

No replacement needed. Sealens operates in the moment between the alert and the first useful decision — the moment your monitoring, alerting, and incident management tools don't cover.

Built Around the Decision, Not the Data

Repository Analysis

Every commit mapped to what matters — history, structure, and who touched it last. Works with GitHub, GitLab, and Azure DevOps.

Change Risk Analysis

Risk, ranked — not just flagged. Commits, files, and confidence level, for a release lot or an incident window.

Commit Drill-Down

Every suspect commit, opened up — changed files, risk factors, structured diffs.

Fragility Insights

Structural risk before it becomes an incident — hotspots, activity anomalies, and top contributors to guide hardening priorities.

Quick answers

How does selection work?

We review each application based on incident frequency, team setup, and available beta places.

What happens after closed beta?

Teams that continue can move to a paid plan starting from 99 EUR per team/month, covering up to 10 users and 5 repositories. Larger footprints move to the next simple tier — details confirmed with you directly.

Does Sealens modify my code?

No. Sealens only reads — commit history, files, and metadata. It never creates commits, pull requests, or branches.

Where is Sealens hosted?

On Scaleway, a French cloud provider based in Paris — not a US company, so your code and infrastructure data stay outside the reach of foreign access laws like the US CLOUD Act. One exception: generating readable summaries currently calls Anthropic's Claude API (US-based), using only structured analysis data — never your raw code or diffs.
